Heidi Johnston

Heidi joined her husband’s practice in early 2011. She is often the first point of contact for clients and is responsible for managing client services and administration.

Heidi has a wealth of experience in customer service from some previous key administrative positions. She is a graduate of the Pharma-kinetics program from Algonquin College and Ottawa University.

Hockey definitely is in the family blood as Heidi is very active in the hockey community in Smiths Falls and surrounding area. When not busy with work or volunteering in the local community, Heidi devotes her time to her family.

With twelve years of experience with Freedom 55 Financial, Tammy brings a wealth of knowledge to the Smiths Falls administrative team. In August of 2012, after much pursuit by Shaun; she gladly joined the Lighthouse Wealth Management family. As Executive Assistant to Shaun, Tammy is there for every client need.

Tammy has attended many courses and functions in her 12 years, including the “Ultimate Team Player” function. She not only brings organization and laughter to her team but her care and concern for each and every client she comes in contact with, (over the phone, in person, or out and about); demonstrates she is indeed, one of the best.

Tammy is known locally as the “Card Queen” but when not mailing cards, she devotes her every waking moment to the needs of her two teenage sons Philip and Matthew as well as her greyhound “Sophie”. And mailing cards… many, many, cards!!!
